Placing or Changing Your Order
Online, emailed or phone orders will be accepted or can be changed up to 11 am, 5 days before your event or until we have reached our capacity; whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled with a full refund up to 11 am, 10 days before your event
After this deadline, your order may be canceled only with approval and you will be charged up to 50% of the total.
Payment
Payments are via credit card only, which will incur a 3% processing fee. Orders will be charged in full at 11 am two days before your event and the system will email you a receipt. In the event your card is declined at the time of processing, you have until 5 pm that day to provide alternative payment in full or your order will be canceled.
